Welcome to Noreen Young’s Puppet Town! Noreen Young is a master puppet maker who creates imaginative custom-made puppets for private, commercial, and broadcast use. She is also a veteran producer of children’s television programs, including Under the Umbrella Tree. Noreen now devotes her time to promoting a vibrant arts community in her town of Almonte, Ontario. She founded and hosts an annual bursary dinner in Almonte to support arts education. She’s one of the founders and key organizers of the highly successful Puppets Up!
